Rural Subdivision

About

Bronco Ranch is a named rural subdivision south of Dell City in Hudspeth County, far-west Texas, on the edge of the Dell Valley farming community, with paved RR 1437 running through it. It was subdivided into 10-plus-acre parcels, each with legal access via dedicated 60-foot road easements, at roughly 3,850 to 3,900 feet elevation. Power and buried phone lines run along the frontage road, so frontage lots can connect to utilities while interior lots are typically developed off-grid with hauled water, solar, and propane.
