Riverbed Ranch is an off-grid agricultural homesteading community in the Sevier Desert of western Juab County, Utah, organized as the nonprofit Utah OSR Land Cooperative. It spans roughly 1,245 acres with substantial shared water rights; each membership grants a surveyed two-acre homestead lot plus water shares. Residents build their own wells, solar-powered passive homes, greenhouses, and barns, and the cooperative is planned to grow toward 250 families.
