Rural Subdivision

About

Concho Valley is a multi-unit recorded subdivision southwest of the original Concho village in Apache County, Arizona, roughly halfway between St. Johns and Show Low at about 5,700 to 6,300 feet elevation, platted beginning around 1971. There is no formal HOA or annual dues, though recorded covenants apply. Lots range from about a quarter acre up; power reaches parts of the subdivision while more remote sections have none, so owners use solar, private wells or cisterns, and septic.
