Rural Subdivision

About

Hi Vista is a small high-desert subdivision in northeastern Los Angeles County's Antelope Valley, California, founded around 1930 and sitting at about 3,060 feet in the southwestern Mojave, roughly 21 miles east of Lancaster and 11 miles north of Lake Los Angeles. Outlying lots are commonly used for off-grid homesteading on several-acre parcels with solar, drilled wells, and septic; grid power is available along some frontages but absent on remote tracts.
