Rural Subdivision

About

Kona Paradise is a steep, ocean-facing subdivision in South Kona along Kaohe Road, roughly 30 to 40 minutes south of Kailua-Kona and about 15 miles south of Captain Cook. Lots are small and there is no county water, so every home is on rooftop rain catchment, while electric power, phone, and cable are accessible. Kaohe Road runs down to the resident-favored Pebble Beach, a black-pebble dive and snorkel spot at the bottom of the subdivision.
