About

Montura Ranch Estates is a rural ranchette subdivision in Hendry County, Florida, between Clewiston and LaBelle, established around 1970 and covering roughly 22 square miles of rural land (2020 population about 3,343). Lots are predominantly 1.25 acres, zoned residential rural farm, high-and-dry and partially cleared, with no HOA and no build-time limit. Each platted lot has electric and telephone available, but residents use private wells and septic; landowners receive a key to a gated 3,000-acre preserve used for off-roading, hunting, and primitive camping, plus a community center.
