Ranch of the Rockies is a rural residential mountain subdivision in South Park, Park County, Colorado, about 9 miles west of Hartsel at roughly 9,500 feet elevation, with lots ranging from about 2 to 50 acres. Homes are built with private wells and septic; electricity, propane, and phone are available to many but not all parcels. The Ranch of the Rockies Association maintains the community, with annual dues around $233, and Park County maintains roads year-round.
